These reports are prepared according to the brief provided to us by your solicitor. They are court ready, objective functional capacity assessments with care & needs analysis mapped to the injury analysis and long term functional loss. This typically includes quantification of care and support including calculation of commercial versus gratuitous care hours, equipment needs, home modifications, support requirements and often impacts on earning capacity. These reports can be prepared as:
